We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter with a dynamic, can-do approach, and an attitude to lead from the front, with the idea being that the successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance manager and potentially step into their shoes at a later date. Formal training can also be provided in areas that will add extra value to the person performing the role, e.g. MEWP / FLT training, gas-safe certs, etc.
Required skills are:
- Mechanical / Fault-finding, esp. manufacturing machinery
- Fabrication / Welding
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Electrical (desirable)
- Plumbing, facilities (desirable)
