Monday - Friday | Rotating Double Days

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical background looking for a fresh challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Due to continued growth and investment across the site, SourceCo Recruitment are a market-leading manufacturer within the timber industry looking to add multiple Multi Skilled Engineers to their established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a secure and forward-thinking business that continues to invest heavily in both its people and equipment.

The Role

Working within a busy production facility, you will play a key role in keeping machinery and operations running efficiently through both preventative and breakdown maintenance. Duties will include:

  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across a variety of production and processing machinery
  • Electrical maintenance including motors, sensors, inverters, control systems and PLC fault finding (electrical bias)
  • Mechanical maintenance including conveyors, bearings, chains, hydraulics and pneumatic systems (mechanical bias)
  • Assisting with machinery upgrades, reliability improvements and reducing production downtime
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities across the engineering department

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm / 1:30pm - 10:00pm Weekly rotating shift pattern
