Double Day Shift Pattern (05:30-14:00 and 13:30-22:00), Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced diagnostics and resolution during electrical breakdowns
  • Ensure timely maintenance and repair of faults
  • Drive best practices in electrical safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for electrical systems, projects, and interventions
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
  • Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and dependable approach to both leadership and engineering tasks
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • Electrical fault finding (I/O, control panels, sensors)
    • 3-phase and single-phase AC/DC systems
    • PLC-based systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi desirable)
    • Quality control vision systems
    • Industrial automation and safety protocols
  • Completion of a recognised Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
