We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts Representative to join our clients team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of their organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. Experienced analysis skills will be highly valued. Duties:
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers
- Identifying changes in cost base and negotiating customer support
- Supporting customer visits to site
- Raising PCR's based on customer requests
- Gathering and analysis of customer demand data
- Interpreting demand data into new business development identifying price reduction commitments and reflecting them into the future pricing plan
- Identify price increase opportunities and agreeing KPI targets via our clients customer profitability activity
- Monitoring own progress against agreed KPI's
