Principal Firmware Engineer
Tired of slow innovation cycles or projects stuck in development hell with unstable funding? It doesn’t have to be this way!
With major financial backing, a pipeline of new projects and some groundbreaking technology, I’m recruiting for a Principal Firmware Engineer to lead the wider team.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be working on innovative applications for electric motors for power dense applications with clients in F1 and hypercar development.
- You’ll be leading the design, development, testing and integration of systems architecture across the business as well as being a hands-on coder across model based coding and hand coding.
What you’ll need:
You’ll need automotive firmware, electronics or control systems development experience working at an OEM, tier 1, tier 2 supplier or automotive consultancy, ideally on motor inverter projects. You’ll be well versed in automotive software programming standards like AUTOSAR, ASPICE and MISRA and have worked on safety critical projects in accordance with ISO26262 in C/C++ with some demonstrable experience in managing teams.
