Are you an experienced Logistics Team Leader looking for your next step up on the managerial ladder? SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a logistics manager for a long term client in the heart of Worcester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK.
The Salary:
- £27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
The Working Hours:
- 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
- 8am until 5pm Friday
The Role:
- Planning and managing nationwide schedules for templating and installation teams
- Balancing weekly workloads to ensure consistent and achievable factory output
- Communicating daily with teams to confirm schedules and respond to any changes
- Coordinating deliveries to key hubs, including Scotland and Sheffield
- Liaising with haulage partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
- Overseeing and managing the company vehicle fleet
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or a similar role
- Experience managing subcontractors or working across nationwide operations (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A good understanding of UK geography and postcode planning
