Transport Office Clerk The opportunity – SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a nationwide distribution company based in Worcester who are currently looking for a Transport Office Clerk to join their team. Hours of work – 2 week rotation – Week 1 Monday to Friday – 11:30am to 20:00pm , Week 2 Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week – 11.30am – 20:00pm Pay – £12.21ph Start date – Immediate starts available Location – Worcester, WR3 Job type – Temporary ongoing vacancy that may lead to a permanent role for the successful candidate. What does the Transport Office Clerk role involve? * Print and prepare route paperwork, including delivery schedules, manifests, and shipping labels, for drivers. * Organize and distribute administrative documents to ensure smooth transportation operations. * Maintain accurate records of shipment details, invoices, and delivery receipts in both physical and digital formats. * Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to confirm delivery routes and schedules. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses. * Monitor and restock office supplies, including printing materials and shipping forms. * Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations in all documentation. * Assist in tracking and reporting transportation metrics to improve operational efficiency.
