SourceCo are currently working with a Solihull based company to recruit Telemarketing Executives for their team! If you are confident and up for a challenge whilst working in a supportive and friendly team, then this position may be for you!
Location: Solihull
Hourly rate: from Β£12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-14:45. Other hours are available (both full time and part time)

If you have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call centre, or telesales we have an exciting position to be considered. We are currently recruiting for Telemarketing Executives to join a successful and well-established business based near Solihull.
As a Telemarketing Executive you will be:
- Carrying out surveys with clients to check their eligibility for grants
- Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone (mostly outbound)
- Recording and updating information accurately
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers advising of services offered
- Booking appointments
The ideal Telesales Executive candidate would have:
- Confident communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure
- Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
- Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Experience booking appointments with clients and customers over the phone
