We are looking for a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and planning support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering sales enquiries via telephone and emails
- Logging all enquiries onto internal CRM systems confirming quote details and availability
- Making outbound calls to upsell and cross sell to existing customers
- General administration, database management, and invoicing tasks
- Using internal and customer systems to keep records up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy Parts advising role
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- A reliable team player with great organisation skills
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Working 1 in 3 Saturdays
