Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical background looking to join a well-established manufacturing business with long-term stability? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their experienced engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on modern production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
You will play a key role in keeping production running by carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of automated manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to equipment breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Repairing, testing and recommissioning production machinery
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with engineering standards
- Participating in the engineering call-out rota
