~£27,000 – £36,000 pa (depending on shift/experience)

Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Confident and capable Manual Machinist (esp. lathe), experienced in performing manual turning, turret milling, and surface grinding duties to manufacture precision-engineered metal components; competently working from engineering drawings and producing parts to fine tolerances & high quality standards. CNC experience also beneficial, although training can be provided.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy workshop department.
• Strengths in working cleanly and safely while under pressure and to time constraints.
• Friendly and approachable, with enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role, and/or offer guidance & support to junior colleagues, depending on level of experience.
