Are you an experienced Logistics Team Leader looking for your next step up on the managerial ladder? SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a logistics manager for a long term client in the heart of Worcester. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK.

The Salary: £27,000.00 - £27,500.00 per year

The Working Hours:

  • 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8am until 5pm Friday

The Role:

  • Planning and managing nationwide schedules for templating and installation teams
  • Balancing weekly workloads to ensure consistent and achievable factory output
  • Communicating daily with teams to confirm schedules and respond to any changes
  • Coordinating deliveries to key hubs, including Scotland and Sheffield
  • Liaising with haulage partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
  • Overseeing and managing the company vehicle fleet
  • Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience managing subcontractors or working across nationwide operations (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
