Key responsibilities include: · Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and maintaining accurate records · Scheduling vehicle maintenance including MOTs, servicing, and inspections · Monitoring driver hours, working time, and infringements · Managing driver documentation and compliance checks · Supporting transport audits (internal and external) · Maintaining transport systems and records · Ordering fuel, PPE, and site consumables · Providing general administrative support to the wider team What were looking for: · Previous experience in a transport supervisory or administrative role · Strong knowledge of transport compliance and regulations · Excellent attention to detail · Strong organisational and communication skills · Proactive and self-motivated approach · CPC qualification (desirable, not essential – training provided) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values its people, offers stability, and provides real opportunities for development.
