Branch Supervisor required!! Based in Leighton Buzzard £30,000 - £32,000 PA. We are looking for a motivated and organised Branch Supervisor to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and planning support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Imprest and owned stock in line with company processes and high inventory control standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring stock levels, rotation, and housekeeping meet company expectations.
- Follow structured processes and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Promote company products and services, particularly within truck and trailer parts or similar sectors.
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new customer accounts.
- Manage and grow existing key customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Deliver excellent customer service both face to face and via telephone.
- Function as a professional point of contact for customers, representing the company’s values and reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in stock handling and sales ideally within truck and trailer parts or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of stock processes, inventory control, and operational standards.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with management.
- Commercially aware, and confident in making sound decisions.
- Experience in working to targets and KPI-driven environments.
