Door-to-door Sales, teams of 2, achievable bonuses. Guaranteed salary of £28k plus uncapped commission = £34k-£43k OTE. This is an active and highly communicative role, which will suit someone who enjoys regular social interaction, community outreach, and occasionally taking part in events such as country and agricultural shows.
Field sales team members go out in teams of two, so there’s always someone with you for support & guidance (and to help vent any frustrations, if needed!). You will need a Driving Licence.
The Role:
- Targeted doorstep canvassing promoting a local service.
- Communicating services and products to potential customers.
- Using a positive approach to leave a great impression and build upon a growing customer base!

The Offer:
Earnings: Expected ~£34,000 – £43,000 pa, comprised of:
- Salary: £28 – £30,000 pa GUARANTEED.
- Commission: UNCAPPED ~£6,000 pa OTE +++ Additional being achieved!
- Employed: PERMANENT from day one!
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire – this is the depot your team will be based from.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00.
You will need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence to enable travel to and from target locations (Cheltenham, Hereford, Worcester), taking new customer details and communicating them to relevant departments for processing.
- High levels of self-motivation and a positive outlook.
- Confidence when engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
- Organisation and a methodical approach to achieve customer targets.
- Ideally, previous Sales or Door-to-Door sales experience (advantageous).
- Enhanced DBS Check (company will organise this on your behalf).
