Are you a confident, target-driven Sales Representative looking for a new challenge with a great starting salary and uncapped commission? SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting motivated Door-to-Door Sales Executives in the Tewkesbury area to promote and convert customers to traditional milk delivery services.
Guaranteed salary of over £29k+ plus uncapped commission = £35k-£43k OTE
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 (includes travel time)
The Role:
- Canvassing residential areas door-to-door
- Engaging with potential customers and promoting milk delivery services
- Converting leads into new customers
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (door-to-door or direct sales preferred but not essential)
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Resilient and target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
