SourceCo are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team within a well established and growing food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and fast paced environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function, helping to maintain accurate financial records, produce reports, and assist with management accounts and forecasting.
Key Duties
- Processing and maintaining financial data and cost allocations
- Supporting weekly and monthly management accounts
- Sales invoicing and recharges
- Investigating cost variances and reporting findings
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Producing financial reports and analysis
- Supporting wider finance operations where required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- AAT qualified, studying towards CIMA, or qualified by experience
- Good Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
