What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle searches across power and digital infrastructure.
  • Originate new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
  • Source, assess, and close top-tier technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
  • Structure and negotiate mandates across retained, contingent, and embedded structures.
  • Orchestrate client portfolio construction and practice optimal search execution methodologies.
  • Build a personal market and brand - your clients, your profit stream, your reputation.
