  • London (Liverpool Street), 4 days in office | October start

Sourcechange is an AI-native search firm for the age of infrastructure.

Founded in 2023, backed by Peak Edge Ventures, placing the finance and engineering talent behind North America’s power and battery build-out — markets where demand is structural and the talent pool is a decade younger than the need.

Most entry-level recruitment jobs hand you a phone list and a prayer.

We hand you a mapped market, an agent stack, and a number: 16 qualified interviews a month.

Hit it, and the deals follow — and you receive a split on every one.

The job.

You own the top of the pipeline on live searches.

You map talent pools until you know a niche better than the people in it.

You engage candidates who are not looking and qualify them properly — it is a craft, and we drill it.

Agents handle the long-listing and administration; you handle the judgement and conversations.

Everything you surface that becomes a deal pays you.

Who we want.

You have 0–1 years’ experience.

Degree or no degree — intelligence is non-negotiable, but credentials are not the test.

You have competed for a result and can explain how you improved when you were not winning.

You have done hard, unglamorous work.

You listen closely, ask direct questions and build enough trust that people tell you what matters.

You have used an LLM to build, test or improve something through work, study or your own initiative.

When something goes wrong, you take responsibility and change your approach.

What the role demands.

This is four days a week in the office.

The pace is high, targets are explicit and performance is visible across the team.

You will receive training and direct feedback, but expectations rise quickly.

This will not suit someone looking for a mostly remote or low-intensity role.

The deal, in writing.

  • Commission from day one on the same model as our senior billers: quarterly, up to 60%.
  • A published ladder based on billings, not tenure: Analyst to Associate at $120k rolling-12, up to VP at $400k.

The first deal is expected in your second month, and we will show you how to get there.

  • Hands-on training from a $1M+ biller and a founder who scaled a search firm to a $300M valuation.
  • Equity for high performers. A US pathway as our New York office scales.

Process.

Two short screens, followed by an assessment day: a live phone roleplay, a build task with Claude, and a market problem to break down. You will know where you stand at every stage.

We assess evidence, not polish. We welcome applicants of all genders, backgrounds and routes into work. Reasonable adjustments are available throughout the process.
