Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer / LLM Specialist to join our AI research and development team. The ideal candidate will work on designing, optimizing, and validating prompts and workflows for large language models and agentic AI systems. This role focuses on building high‑quality, efficient, and scalable generative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to develop agentic systems and autonomous AI workflows.
- Validate and curate datasets to improve model performance and reliability.
- Implement human-in-the-loop processes for iterative model improvement.
- Document prompt strategies, patterns, and system behaviors for internal knowledge sharing.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot model outputs for bias, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in LLMs, generative AI, and AI agent frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM applications, or generative AI development.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, and AI workflows.
- Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar).
- Familiarity with data curation, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing agentic AI systems or autonomous AI agents.
- Knowledge of prompt optimization for multiple modalities (text, code, audio, or vision).
