Our client is looking for an HR & Facilities Administrator to support the smooth and compliant delivery of HR and facilities operations across the business. This is a highly organised, detail-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing structured processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a positive employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. The HR & Facilities Administrator will act as a key operational support to the HR function, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and adherence to policy, employment law and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process in line with documented procedures
- Issue contracts, offer letters and starter documentation within agreed timescales
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and ensure legal compliance
- Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure all tasks are completed
- Set up new starters on internal systems and trackers
- Coordinate inductions and ensure mandatory documentation is completed
- Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Carry out regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
- Administer contractual changes and produce accurate documentation
- Process leavers in line with offboarding procedures
- Facilities & Health & Safety
