Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse / Yard Operative
Location: Colnbrook
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible – choose 7:30am–4:30pm Mon–Thurs with a 4pm finish on Friday, or 8:00am–5:00pm)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our clients team as a Warehouse / Yard Operative on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly, with the potential to progress into a Stores Manager role overseeing all four warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy yard at all times
- Reorganise and streamline the warehouse from start to finish
- Ensure skips are regularly emptied and waste areas are managed
- Label and record all stock accurately
- Store goods in their correct locations and maintain clear systems
- Support the smooth running of daily warehouse and yard operations
Progression:
This role offers clear progression into a Stores Manager position, where you will take responsibility for managing all four company warehouses and overseeing stock control and organisation.

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or yard environment preferred but not essential
