Job Title: Warehouse Operative/ Cleaning Technician

We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Technician / Warehouse Operative on behalf of a leading provider of healthcare equipment and support services. This is more than just a cleaning or warehouse job – it’s about helping people live safely and comfortably by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.
What you’ll be doing:
Cleaning and disinfecting returned healthcare and mobility equipment to the highest hygiene standards
Conducting basic inspections and minor repairs on equipment where required
Assisting in the storage, sorting, and movement of equipment within the warehouse
Ensuring accurate labelling and recording of cleaned and maintained items
Supporting delivery teams with loading/unloading when needed
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Working flexibly as part of a team to meet operational needs
What we're looking for:
Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
Basic mechanical or DIY skills (desirable but not essential – training provided)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Flexible approach to working hours, including potential evening or weekend shifts
Previous experience in a cleaning or warehouse role is beneficial but not required
