Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced parcel and logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and experience in logistics, inventory management, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organising parcel deliveries.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximise productivity and minimise errors.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimise delivery routes.
- Supervise, support, and motivate warehouse staff through training and performance management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
- Use delivery routing systems and warehouse software to organise deliveries and collections, monitor shipments, and manage redeliveries and returns.
- Assist with deliveries and collections when required.
