Source4 Personnel Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Chertsey for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Carrying out heavy lifting as part of the role.
- Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift (CB) licence/certificate is highly desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
