Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Compliance Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a regulated environment. Based in Camberley.

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour working week)

Salary DOE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance GDP
    • Ensure all activities comply with GDP and wholesale distribution licence requirements
    • Follow SOPs and maintain accurate batch, expiry, and storage records
    • Monitor cold chain temperatures and report non-conformances
    • Maintain quarantine controls and inspection-ready standards
  • Goods In Stock Control
    • Receive, inspect, and accurately book in deliveries
    • Store stock correctly, including temperature-sensitive and controlled drugs
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits
    • Conduct regular stock checks
  • Order Fulfilment Dispatch
    • Pick, pack, and label orders accurately in line with GDP
    • Prepare temperature-controlled shipments where required
    • Arrange courier and pallet collections
    • Ensure compliant dispatch of controlled drugs
  • Health, Safety Security
    • Follow H S policies and report hazards
    • Maintain equipment and warehouse security standards
