Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Compliance Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a regulated environment. Based in Camberley.
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour working week)
Salary DOE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance GDP
- Ensure all activities comply with GDP and wholesale distribution licence requirements
- Follow SOPs and maintain accurate batch, expiry, and storage records
- Monitor cold chain temperatures and report non-conformances
- Maintain quarantine controls and inspection-ready standards
- Goods In Stock Control
- Receive, inspect, and accurately book in deliveries
- Store stock correctly, including temperature-sensitive and controlled drugs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits
- Conduct regular stock checks
- Order Fulfilment Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately in line with GDP
- Prepare temperature-controlled shipments where required
- Arrange courier and pallet collections
- Ensure compliant dispatch of controlled drugs
- Health, Safety Security
- Follow H S policies and report hazards
- Maintain equipment and warehouse security standards
