The Role You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC turning centres with Fanuc controls, producing high-precision components from billets and castings while working to tight tolerances and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC turning centres with Fanuc controls.
Manufacture precision-engineered components from billets and castings.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Machine a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Select appropriate tooling and cutting tools.
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where required.
Inspect finished components using micrometers, verniers, gauges and CMM equipment.
Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
