Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive company and develop your career in electronics manufacturing for our client based in Reading. This is a permanent position with a company known for its great team culture and positive work environment-a place where employees tend to stay due to the fantastic company vibe.
You will be joining a small, dynamic team of 3 people, where teamwork is key.
1 year's minimum experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate and assemble using pick-and-place SMT machines.
Work with surface-mount components and assist in soldering and PCB assembly.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
About You:
Experience with surface mount components, soldering, or PCB assembly is essential. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay :£13.50ph Depending on experience
