Our client is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, and transport functions. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Operations/Logistics Manager to ensure stock accuracy, driver coordination, and warehouse efficiency remain at the highest standard. The Role
You will support and coordinate operational activities across warehouse and driver teams, ensuring smooth workflow and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations/Logistics Manager across warehouse and transport functions
- Assist with daily planning for Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Goods In, Goods Out, and Production
- Download and review driver tachograph data, providing feedback where required
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through effective control and allocation management
- Delegate tasks to warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
- Step up to oversee operations in the Manager’s absence
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Take a hands-on approach when required, supporting operations as needed
