Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client is looking for an account manager to join their team. This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, manage accounts from end to end, and support the full supply chain process.
- Deliver outstanding service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels
- Accurately process orders, forms, and requests while maintaining CRM updates
- Provide accurate picking instructions and release orders via internal systems
- Share feedback and ideas to enhance customer service processes
Proven experience in a customer service or account coordination role - ideally within supply chain, logistics, or operations.
