Are you looking for a new rewarding role? Want to feel like you've achieved something at the end of each day? Our client is currently looking for an empathetic individual to join their Customer Service team in the Heathrow area. This role is a temporary position starting asap and will be ongoing, Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, with working a Saturday morning every third week. After 6 weeks training this role will become home based.
Key Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or healthcare professionals
- Answering queries via the phone and email
- Logging machine faults
- Making outgoing calls arranging deliveries for customers
- Chasing up orders and deliveries
- Checking stock
- Processing and filing driver documentation
Person/skills:
- Great communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
