We are recruiting on behalf of our Brentford-based client, a fast-paced and growing Technology & Telecoms company, for a Legal Contracts Business Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who ideally holds a legal degree or has experience reviewing business contracts in a legal or corporate setting.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership and departmental managers across business operations. You will act as the key point of contact for internal coordination and contract oversight, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing customer and supplier contracts
- Supporting the CEO with business operations and strategic administration
- Acting as the central liaison between departments and external partners
- Assisting with compliance and documentation management
- Coordinating office operations and process improvements
- Providing high-level support to Senior Management
The Ideal Candidate:
- Legal degree or demonstrable experience in contract review (in-house or legal environment)
- Proven experience in a senior office support, operations, or business coordination role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional and able to work proactively with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
