Collections Account Manager (Permanent) in Leeds

Job Opportunity: Collections Account Manager (6-Month Contract) Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + 10% Bonus (post 2-month probation) Department: Collections Contract: 6 Months (with potential to extend) We are recruiting for an experienced Collections Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of vendor finance across multiple sectors . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing collections and recoveries function within a professional, dynamic financial services environment. Manage the billing of late payment interest when required Liaise with internal departments including Accounts for accurate cash allocation Assist with collections reporting, including compiling data for regulatory requirements Work in line with up-to-date procedures, policies, and compliance standards Ensure adherence to Consumer Credit legislation and Data Protection regulations Carry out administrative and ad hoc duties to support the wider team At least 2 years’ experience in debt collection or credit control Strong Excel skills - particularly with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Experience with Alfa systems is a bonus but not required As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
