We are looking for a HGV 2 Driver for our client based in Guildford. We can offer the following:
- 28 days holiday
- £14.00 per hour after April going up to £14.50 - £16.50 depending on industry experience
- Uniform
- Driver IQ & IHASCO training provided.
Driver requirements:
- CPC & Digi card required
- Complete daily vehicle walk around checks
- Load and unload while adhering to safe loading practices
- Comply with Company drivers policy and procedures
- Comply with UK & EU tachograph regulations
- New drivers considered
Job Role:
- To work as part of a team, supporting the crew with all aspects of removals and duties.
- You must be physically fit in order to pack, carry, load and unload the vehicle
- You must be polite and professional with good communication skills
- You must be flexible with regard to overtime, the odd night out and Saturday work if required.
- You must be reliable
- Hours are 7am to 5pm, some overtime, the odd Saturday and nights out if and when required.
