Our client is looking for a Hire Desk Coordinator to join their growing team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment hire requests are managed efficiently from enquiry through to collection and return, while working closely with multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As the central point of contact for all hire enquiries, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the hire desk, ensuring bookings are processed accurately and equipment is available when customers need it.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing equipment hire enquiries and confirming availability.
- Coordinating bookings, collections, deliveries and returns.
- Producing hire agreements, quotations, invoices and supporting documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records within the hire management system.
- Monitoring equipment availability and highlighting servicing or maintenance requirements.
- Working closely with the technical, logistics and project teams to ensure equipment is prepared and ready for hire.
- Providing a professional and responsive service to customers via telephone and email.
