Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join their Operations team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, resolving customer queries and delivering outstanding service. Working within a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience while supporting a range of finance administration activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within financial services, asset finance, banking or a regulated customer service environment and will be confident managing customer enquiries from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
