Are you an experienced engineer with a background in pumps, wastewater, drainage or utilities looking for a varied and client-focused role? Our client is a growing and highly respected specialist within the wastewater and pumping solutions sector, and due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to join their team based in Camberley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, working with customers and developers, and seeing projects through from initial inspection to final adoption.
The Role:
- Managing sewage and surface water pumping station projects through to adoption
- Liaising with house developers, water authorities and contractors
- Reviewing inspection reports and preparing quotations for remedial works
- Coordinating engineers, suppliers and materials to ensure smooth project delivery
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service levels
- Assisting with technical and operational support across the business
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience within pumps, wastewater, drainage, utilities or water infrastructure
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Pump Engineer, Service Engineer or similar
- Knowledge of pumping stations, sewage systems or water infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Full UK driving licence
