A unique and demanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-net-worth individual (HNWI) with international business and personal affairs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring global travel and the flexibility to operate across multiple time zones. Travel Management: Arrange and coordinate all aspects of complex global travel itineraries for the principal, their family, and support team (including private aviation, commercial flights, visas, transfers, and accommodation). Provide comprehensive EA support including diary management, meeting scheduling, document preparation, and email handling. Liaise with private staff including chefs, drivers, household and security personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Proven experience supporting a HNWI, C-suite executive or in a similar private EA role. Demonstrable experience arranging global travel and working within high-pressure, time-critical environments. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and remain in other countries for extended periods, sometimes at short notice. Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience in a similar lifestyle-focused, global EA role. Familiarity with international customs, luxury travel, and high-level business environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and travel management tools. Must hold a valid passport and be fully eligible to work and travel internationally.
