Our client is looking for a bilingual (French and English speaking) individual with customer support/order management experience to join their team Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet individual customer requirements, ensuring delivery compliance. – Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct item numbers and pricing. – Utilize JDE Oracle system for order processing and collaborate with 3PLs for timely delivery. – Ensure product compliance for EU retail partners, adhering to regulations such as the EU TSD. – Resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain internal records for seamless operations. – Review and update customer orders regularly, maintaining accuracy and transparency. – Demonstrate flexibility to cover other accounts when needed.
