Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Repairs Coordinator to join their team in Thatcham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, has excellent attention to detail and is confident managing a variety of tasks in a busy working environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating returned products, assisting with repairs processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring products are handled efficiently throughout the returns and repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing returned products.
• Inspecting returned items and recording product condition, serial numbers and relevant information.
• Coordinating repairs and ensuring products are directed to the appropriate next stage.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring the progress of repairs and returns to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assisting with stock control, stock checks and organising warehouse areas.
• Preparing products for dispatch, repair or further assessment.
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and provide updates.
• Carrying out general warehouse and administrative duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A practical, hands on approach to problem solving.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
• Reliable, proactive and keen to learn.
• Comfortable working across both warehouse and administrative duties.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, repairs coordination, returns processing or stock control would be advantageous.
