We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Business Finance Provider operating across the UK, offering a supportive and professional working environment. This role is suited to an experienced Collections professional within financial services, with a strong background in early-stage arrears management.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-stage arrears cases (60-90 days)
  • Work proactively to bring accounts back into good standing
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt and sustainable repayment
  • Apply late payment interest where applicable
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payment allocation
  • Carry out general collections administration
  • Ensure all activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services collections
  • Proven experience handling early-stage arrears
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet targets
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience within asset finance environments is advantageous

Working Pattern & Benefits
