We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a

Junior Technician & Warehouse Support position based in Twyford, Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within operations, logistics or supply chain.

The role is ideal for a reliable, organised and hands-on individual who enjoys a combination of administrative tasks and warehouse work.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in processing customer returns while assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Returns (RMA) Administration
  • Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Log returned items onto internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Check returned goods against relevant documentation, including serial numbers and product condition.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding return updates.
  • Assist with reporting on return volumes and trends.
  • Support with customer queries relating to returns where required.
  • Warehouse Support
  • Receive, unpack and inspect returned goods.
  • Organise and store stock safely and accurately.
  • Prepare products for dispatch or refurbishment.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
