A luxury ecommerce brand are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to be responsible for their PPC and Paid Social strategy, planning and performance. The Role

This company are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to head up digital performance across paid Social and PPC, with roughly a 50/50 split across both channels. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Bing, balancing performance marketing with premium brand storytelling to drive growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid media strategy across paid social and paid search channels
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Bing
  • Drive customer acquisition, ROAS, and ecommerce growth through full-funnel campaigns
  • Oversee audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to align messaging and campaign activity
  • Monitor budgets, analyse performance data, and deliver actionable insights
  • Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and key trading periods
  • Manage agency relationships and platform partners

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience across both paid social and PPC/search campaigns
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Proven success driving ecommerce or retail growth through paid media
  • Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
