You will lead paid acquisition strategy across search platforms with significant monthly budgets. The role is predominantly PPC focused with exposure to other digital marketing channels. You will drive performance-focused campaigns targeting high-intent users and conversions. A chance to act as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of campaign execution and results.
Key Responsibilities:- You will plan, launch, and optimise large-scale paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Manage tracking and attribution systems (e.g. GTM, GA4, pixels, server-side tracking).
- Expand into new channels including paid social, video and app-based platforms.
- Continuously test and refine creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Scale campaigns across European markets and support growth in North America.
- Use data insights to improve acquisition efficiency (CPA, CAC, ROAS).
- Experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns with strong performance results.
