We’re partnering with an award-winning integrated agency to find a hands-on Associate Creative Director to help shape and deliver standout creative across a major IP-led franchise. This is an opportunity to work across high-profile projects spanning retail, experiential, OOH and fully integrated 360 campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of creative excellence, strategic thinking and team leadership. You’ll lead from the front - elevating ideas, staying close to the craft, and delivering culturally relevant work that connects with passionate audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative development from concept through to execution across multiple campaigns – with a focus on retail and experiential.
  • Maintain exceptional design standards across all outputs.
  • Oversee and sign off creative, ensuring quality, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Act as a confident, client-facing creative lead, presenting work with clarity and impact.
  • Translate client needs into compelling, insight-led creative solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to pitches, bringing strong storytelling and energy.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality and creative vision are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, account, production and delivery teams.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience operating at Senior Designer / Design Director / ACD level.
  • Exceptional design craft with strong conceptual thinking.
  • Experience working on global entertainment or IP-led brands.
  • Strong background across retail and experiential.
  • Confident managing and developing creative teams.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within established brand worlds and guidelines.
  • Understanding of shopper behaviour and retail environments.
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
