The Role - What You’ll Be Doing
Working across key FMCG accounts, you’ll be at the heart of delivering shopper campaigns and retail activations that truly make an impact. You’ll work across a wide range of projects - from in-store comms to retailer toolkits, POS, shopper journeys, and omnichannel activation.
Strategic Understanding
- Develop a strong grasp of the client’s brand, category, shopper behaviour and retail environment
- Use shopper insights and retailer considerations to drive smart thinking
- Collaborate closely with planning to shape strategically grounded work
Account Management
- Act as a core member of the team, confidently representing Haygarth in client and all-agency meetings
- Manage projects end-to-end - on strategy, on time and on budget
- Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts and internal teams
Creative Process Leadership
- Write clear, insightful briefs that inspire creative teams
- Manage creative development from concept to studio rollout
- Ensure all work is retailer-ready, brand-consistent and shopper-focused
- Lead creative briefing sessions and present work confidently
Driving Growth
- Spot organic opportunities across existing accounts
- Support the team in identifying and shaping new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous BTL agency experience
- Proven track record in shopper marketing / FMCG retail activation
- Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused - even when things get busy
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, adaptable and genuinely team-spirited
