We’re looking for a talented Research Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing research and insights team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid quant research experience who’s ready to step up and take ownership of projects for some of the world’s best-known brands across both consumer and B2B sectors.

You’ll be joining a vibrant and collaborative team where you’ll have real responsibility from day one — managing projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality, insight-led work that drives decisions. The role offers the chance to work across a range of methodologies, including brand tracking, segmentation, concept testing and U&A, in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Run quantitative research projects from set-up to delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Client Engagement: Support in building strong relationships with clients by being responsive, reliable, and insightful in your communication.
  • Research Delivery: Analyse data and deliver clear, compelling insights through written reports and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on proposals, debriefs, and strategic thinking.
  • Quality Control: Be detail-focused in every stage of the process — from questionnaire design to data outputs and final delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a research agency environment, ideally across both ad-hoc and tracking studies.
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative research methods and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with a passion for telling stories through data.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to learn and grow.
What Our Client Offers:
  • Mentorship & Development: Dedicated support from experienced ADs and Directors, with clear development plans in place.
  • Culture: A fun, inclusive team environment where curiosity and collaboration are celebrated.
  • Work-Life Balance: A hybrid model with 3 days in a brand-new central London office and flexibility for remote working.
  • Learning Opportunities: The chance to expand your skills across different sectors and methodologies.
  • Strong Career Pathway: A clear route to AD and beyond as you continue to build your expertise and client relationships.

If you're looking for the next step in your research career and want to join a team where you can make an impact, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now – we look forward to chatting with you about the role!
