Join a fast-growing D2C ecommerce brand scaling internationally across the UK, US and Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Executive to work directly with senior growth leadership, helping drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok while developing expertise in performance marketing, creative testing and growth strategy. Working 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Analyse creative performance and provide insights to inform future campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to test new concepts, messaging and offers
  • Report on key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and Conversion Rate
  • Support attribution analysis, competitor research and growth initiatives
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance forecasting
  • Contribute to customer acquisition strategies across multiple international markets

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (preferably)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and performance reporting
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced ecommerce environment

Desirable Experience

  • Ecommerce or D2C brand experience
  • Experience using TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Exposure to Triple Whale and/or GA4
