The Role

As our go-to expert for all things Paid Social, youll support campaign delivery, ensure best practice, and drive performance across multiple platforms. Youll work closely with our Paid Social Lead to coordinate activity, maintain quality standards, and champion creative, high-performing social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage and QA Paid Social campaigns using Asana.
• Support activation across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance and help teams optimise against KPIs.
• Conduct audits and ensure consistent best practice across all accounts.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social Lead on strategy, testing, and innovation.
• Train and support activation teams, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

About You

• Paid Social experience (agency background preferred).
• Skilled across Meta, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Detail-focused, analytical, and proactive.
• A collaborative team player passionate about creative performance marketing.
