Key Responsibilities

  • Support ad setup and analyse performance (CAC, MER, CVR, CPMs)
  • Assist with creative testing and iteration across channels
  • Support content planning and posting across TikTok and Instagram
  • Manage content calendar and execution
  • Identify trends and high-performing formats across organic and paid
  • Analyse content performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with paid media to scale strong organic content
  • Assist with email and SMS campaigns
  • Support influencer outreach, briefing, and content coordination
  • Contribute to wider marketing projects and initiatives

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance marketing
  • High energy, proactive mindset with strong interest in D2C growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
